ohmygosh, I just had one of the biggest binges of my life! :/ jeez. I really thought I was stonger and had more willpower than this. my mum made a HUGE batch of food, not even joking, I probably had like, 40,000 calories. haha :L ugh. I feel disgusting. although, I didn't purge, so I guess it's kind of good? not really. anyways. how are YOU? I'm always complaining and I never ask how you are :p I actually wanted to ask you something....how long did it take for you to feel fully 'recovered'? xxx

Aw don’t worry about it, it was just one time and I’m sure that exaggerated slightly… You can fix it tomorrow by having a healthy day free of binges! and yes well done for not purging :D Aw it’s nice of you to ask, I’m good things are stillhard I have to admit but slowly but surely getting there! :) I still am not classed as ’fully recovered’ now but it was about 5 months after goin purge free that I started to feel recovered and had no horible thoughts like before!xxx

1. There has never been a time in my life that I haven’t had at least one pet.

2. I am in love with Trey Songz

3. I am addicted to salt and sugar - there is like nothing I eat without adding one of them..

4. I have a big sister, I get annoyed at her and we argue but I love her to pieces she makes me cry with laughter!

5. I have the bestest friend in the whole world, I’ve known her for about 12 years now and she has stuck with me through good times and bad. I love her so much :)

6. I love films that have a really shocking twist at the end like ‘the others’ and ‘the sixth sense’

7. I love helping people and feeling needed by someone

8. I love everything pink!

9. I sometimes randomly learn a new song on the piano even though I don’t have lessons anymore - I learnt ‘how to save a life’ by The Fray the other day.

So today is easter, which means eating food that makes me feel like the most disgusting and fat thing ever. I want to cut. I don't know how to make these feelings go away. Even dying is better than this. I'm so alone.

food is great, we need food so learn to love it! Eating a lot today will not make you gain a million pounds, although you will feel fat this is because of ‘the bloat’ I suggest buying ‘anti-bloat’ tablets and putting a hot water bottle on your tummy to reduce that disgusting feeling and try to remember that you are not gettig fatter from every bite you eat you are just feeling fuller which makes you feel bigger than you really are! Love your body, it’s unique and so are you, you seem like a strong person admitting your feelings like this and that is a wonderful thing, you do not need to cut yourself it will not make anything better instead try and distract yourself with happy music, a funny TV programme/film, talking to a friend or talking to me on here I don’t mind :) Don’t let your negativity today make you not live tomorrow, think about it even if you have a bad day today and feel negative that does not mean that you will have a bad day tomorrow too! Even if you have a bad year and feel so negative everyday of the year that is only one year of the 80 years (about) that you will live. Who knows you may have 70 years of happiness and I’m sure you will so don’t make a silly mistake and ruin your chance to die happy instead of the way your feeling now! You can do this, I believe in you and you are definitely NOT alone. If you want you can message me not on anonymous and I promise to keep it private or you can email me etc? just let me know!   • 9. Posting on web boards, and answering others’ posts
  • 10. Thinking about how I DON’T want scars for the summer
  • 11. Painting your nails
  • 12. Going to see a movie
  • 13. Eating something ridiculously sweet (or any favorite food)
  • 14. Doing school work

  • 16. Go into chat rooms to talk
